Scottsdale Therapeutic and Sports Massage is committed to providing individualized, clinically-reasoned massage.

When Allison established Scottsdale Therapeutic and Sports Massage in 2019, she did so with the goal of providing the kind of massage she likes to receive: decisive pressure applied with the intent to restore proper function to soft tissue. She and her staff of therapists specialize in working with clients to achieve specific outcomes in injury prevention, injury recovery, and overall normalization of soft tissue.

Every client brings a different history, sensitivity level, and goal to each session. Our specialty is to listen and adapt to what your needs are and what your body will allow in terms of therapy. Therefore, we charge by time and not by technique.

Our focus is on addressing chronic muscle tightness and related soft-tissue dysfunction caused by postural patterns and imbalanced muscle use. Our happiest clients are those who are focused on the outcome of the session and able to handle brief moments of intensity in achieving it. Please Note: A 24 hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel all appointments. If you do not show up for an appointment, you will be marked as a “no show” and 100% of your bill will be due before or at the time of your next appointment. Rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment not made within 24 hours, will be charged at 50% of the bill due for your session before or at the time of your next appointment.
